I liked the fact that the external design of the building does not stand out from the neighboring buildings. Cons: Unfortunately, I had two cases of tactless behavior on the part of hotel employees. The first case: despite the fact that I have not used the TV for many years, that evening of March 6, 2025, between 7-8 o'clock in the evening, to create a positive cozy background in the room, I tried to turn on the TV but could not, then I called the reception, a woman answered the call, I asked her to help me turn on the TV, she told me in response that she would soon ask someone to come to my room and help, but alas, that evening no one came ... Case number two: On March 7 in the evening, I came to the Altai restaurant. When I appeared at the entrance to the restaurant, the restaurant girls saw me and said in Russian, "You can, you can" and with their hands signaled to me to sit down in any place (for me it was a little strange that they address unfamiliar guests in Russian, considering that I am from Russia, of course I know Russian, I many years already don’t live there, but I did not like the direct address in Russian. Then a girl waiter came up to me and left a menu.
