"Cons: BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS AND WITH BOOKING 1. the information provided by the host and his assistant is lousy 2. The attitude and friendliness is just as bad. They are only interested in money and not that the host gets what I pay for. In my case, there were no towels, I didn't have Wi-Fi (taking into account that in that area the mobile phone network doesn't work properly) and in the 4 nights I stayed they did nothing for it. 3. The characteristics of the place did not comply with what was described in booking 4. Booking is not responsible for any claim or complaint. they just tell you; "talk to Host" despite sending photo proof, video, etc. It has been my worst lodging experience, with a person in charge and with a company like booking, which has poor customer service" ~Carlos
