Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of PLN 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The office is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 until 17:00. If arriving outside these hours or during weekends, please contact the office at least one day prior arrival. Please note that the property is under renovation from 4th to 28th of March and some rooms may be affected by noise. We apologize for the inconvenience!
