"Pros: Fantastic property, extremely clean and amazing facilities. Our room was super spacious, the kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped and the balcony was a delight. The rooftop swimming pool and area is amazing!! We watched the sunset every day from the swimming pool, amazing!! Regarding the potholes in other reviews, I think all of the roads in Tulum are full of them so it isn’t such a big deal at all. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they also helped us organise our scooters. Cons: Nothing! However it would be good if they could install some handrails on the stairs as the floor’s marble and gets very slippery when wet. Otherwise nothing to add :)" ~Ane
