"Pros: Quiet, good location in a nice neighborhood that's fun to explore, private plunge pool, kitchen was well equipped, bike available to use, terraces front and back. There's a convenience store at the corner and many shops and restaurants a few blocks away. There are several cenotes within a 10min bike ride. Host was communicative and flexible when I arrived a day late due to a cancelled flight. Cons: Cleaning should be more meticulously done between reservations. Ex.: I used the provided towels to cover the sofa because it was dirty from previous guests, who also left dirty underwear around the apartment; this would have been easily caught with more attentive cleaning. It's common practice in Tulum for rentals to not provide any drinking water, but because of the heat having a liter or two available on arrival would be nice until you get situated (Tulum tap water is brackish/salty)." ~Yoruba
