"Pros: I liked the service provided by Vacation Tulum. They were very responsive. AFLORA, the place where this property is located is beautiful, nice architecture within in nature. There is also a 25m swim line at the end of the pool and a gym for those sportive. There is a restaurant (Panza) inside the condo and that is very convenient. Cons: I didn't like the bed because of the rigid mattress. They don't provide cleaning service daily, you need to clean or pay for the service. They only provide you a set of towels upon your arrival so if you plan for a stay of 3-5 days or more, you may need to wash your towels. Same for the bed sheets. You can use the washing machine in the condo with an extra cost. They only provide you 2 paper rolls for the toilette. You may need to buy more. There was a party below the loft I rented however, Vacation Tulum reacted so promptly to my complain and they turned off the music (as mentioned above they were very reactive, you can expect outstanding service from them). The people at the reception were not very welcoming. You feel like a complete stranger when you arrived there because the property is rented through Vacation Tulum. Not flexible at the reception to leave things there for Vacation Tulum. The bikes for rental are in very bad conditions. I hurt my knee after using one for a couple of hours. If you want to go walking by night to Hunab Lifestyle Center, which is the closest location with restaurants (aprox. 800 - 1 km from the apartment) is SCARY as you need to walk on complete darkness. You better take a lamp with you or call a taxi but will charge you a lot for the distance itself. It can be dangerous to walk in the dark." ~Trisolmar
