"Pros: Location was great. Only a few blocks from the center. Close to restaurants, food, convenience store and homemade juices. Security guards in the front are nice and helpful. Cons: The unit itself could use some updating. The baseboards in the kitchen are rotting. Both beds are really hard and uncomfortable, the futon is not comfortable and very dirty. The unit needs a portable a/c unit. It gets hot in mid day. The unit could use a fresh coat of paint. I think that would spruce it up. TV’s in both bedrooms would be nice." ~Figueroa
