"Pros: The breakfast was excellent, cooked to order. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Rooms in the back are small, front rooms with balcony are much bigger and more comfortable with a nice view of the mountains. Splurge on a balcony room. Pool was nice. Location was great, we walked all over town. Cons: Be aware that there are a lot of stairs to the main floor, no elevator. We suggest that the hotel provide power strips to make plugging in devices easier. Hot water took a long time to arrive-maybe install a water circulating system? We also suggest proving a key to the front gate with the room key. Important in the evenings and weekdays when staff may not always be available." ~Susan
