"Pros: We arrived late for check-in due to unexpected heavy traffic. Fortunately, the hotel managers were worried about us and came to great us despite the fact that there were heavy winds and that the power had gone out. They were particularly welcoming and accommodating. We were hungry and they helped us get some delicious pizza despite the fact that it was late and all the restaurants were closed. the managers went out of their way to be helpful. We were very pleased with how we were treated. The breakfast was great! Cons: The space in the bedroom is rather tight." ~Liliana
