"Pros: Nothing. We reserved for a week and left 5 days early. Owner would not respond to questions from both us and Booking. Beware that adjacent property has same conditions. Cons: It is dilapidated, dangerous, unlock able and uncomfortable. We sent owner our concerns and asked for help programming A.C. replacement remotes. Eventually asked for a 5 day refund, no response. Owner has still not responded to us or Booking inquires. None of the posted photos reflect current conditions. No ladder or stairs for kids, aged or infirm to self rescue from pool. Pool overflow now breeds mosquitos. Vultures like to drink it. Seriously. All furniture is worn out with several chairs close to colapse. A.C. does not function on 1st floor. Only other A.C. is in upstairs bedrooms. If you plan to cook, bring a lighter for cooktop. Refrigerator had old spoiled food in it. Toilets are missing seats. Some showers do not function. Exterior doors are missing and replaced with screens that don’t seal. Flies and mosquitos swarm. Beware of hammock strung over wood table with large hornet nest. Open electrical boxes and damaged recepticals through out. Don’t bring children here. Access road should not be driven with low clearance cars. If it rains, plan on being stuck." ~Thomas

"Pros: Pool, a/c in bedrooms Cons: Pool wasn’t ready, lost clean water, no a/c in kitchen and bathrooms, few towels, stains on sheets and towels, hard to get to, birds banging in to windows" ~Mark

"Pros: Nice young team makes you feel like on a holiday :-) Comfortable rooms - breakfast all good (not so professional but sweet)… the upper hotel has a good vibe, downstairs feels empty…the team are nice people- some need more training…beach closely for snorkelling Cons: It are 2 hotels of the same owner glued to each other. You enter upstairs with a good vibe, than they tell you to go down, outside via the street? You end up in a cold and ugly office space, there is the check in :-( Than you are send down in the lower hotel, almost an empty feeling…easy fix would be a nice entrance counter upstairs and a direct staircase to the lower hotel. Maybe just one name - one hotel? Now you had to go on the street and up to have breakfast?…like I said- easy to do it all better …good luck team to explain the owner! One hotel - internal staircase (suggestion of an architect:-) Beach area down the hill still suffers drastically from previous storms - needs still a lot of work" ~Dirk
