"Pros: Everything is very new, clean, beautiful. Cozy, fashionable, photogenic. Ideal Instagram location. Very friendly cleaning ladies, very helpful. Cons: A huge stove with 6 burners, but only 1 pot and 1 frying pan, 3 plates, which by the way do not fit in the microwave. I took this apartment specifically to cook food for the children, but in fact there is nothing to cook on and nothing to feed them from. To the left of the stove there is a spacious countertop on which you can install a basket or a rug with pots. On the walls there are many decorative shelves with artificial flowers and candles, which by the way are all gone. Instead of all this, you can hang clothes hangers on the same hooks. Guys, there is no way to hang or put clothes in the apartment. Not a single closet, not a single shelf, not a single hook. There is nowhere to hang towels even in the bathroom. There is enough space to the left of the front door to place an entryway coat rack. Huge TVs and a jacuzzi are cool, but we would really change this for one closet! 4 beds, 6 people and all the clothes are folded on the floor. How is that possible? Tight parking. A problem for a large car. But all tourists in Mexico have large cars, otherwise how can you turn off the 5th freeway." ~Anastania

"Pros: people very friendly, helpful, above and beyond expectations. we asked where to have car towed because it would not start--they came and helped get the car started!!! Cons: there was no breakfast, no refigerator for left overs, or microwave to warm up food, no coffee pot. no place to sit and read or enough light to see to read. no place to hang clothes. tv spanish only Dogs barking late at night and woke me at 3 am sunday morning" ~Jerrylee
