"Pros: Great staff, who can’t do enough for guests. Always friendly and welcoming!
Pool areas and rooms were very clean and kept to a high standard.
Cons: Lack of umbrellas in our first week, with only 3 by the main pool. Which tended to be used by the staff to cover drink stations.
During week 2 a few more umbrellas arrived which was needed in the heat.
Sunloungers weren’t the comfiest compared to other hotels we have stayed at, would be good for them to be upgraded"
