"Pros: The choice of pools was good, a 'party' pool for those who want to get involved with the entertainment and then a quieter pool for those who want to lounge around the pool in peace. Good choice of food in the buffet and things were well cooked. The staff were lovely and attentive and you can see how hard they work, particularly in the buffet restaurant. I personally like the resident cats and racoons although this may not be the case for everybody. Overall we enjoyed our time relaxing by the pool and going on the beach each morning for sunrise.
Cons: I did unfortunately see a couple of unpleasant and unwanted pests (large bugs), I think in the climate it is difficult to totally eradicate these in such a big complex. People being allowed to put towels on sunbeds and not returning for hours, this is selfish behaviour of other guests however it would be good if the hotel did enforce the rules of removing towels after a certain amount of time."
