"Pros: Hotel in a good location, a short walk from the beach and with private parking at the back. Simply furnished but the beds with pillows were comfortable. WiFi was OK even on the 2nd floor. Pool small but great for refreshment (and clean). OXXO with good coffee across the street :-) Cons: The front desk didn't speak English, although they advertise it. One light didn't work (flickered), and there were no reading lights by the bed. The water in the sink did not flow well. The shower curtain was rusty. No hangers for drying bathing suits and towels. This is not about the hotel anymore, but the overall stay... Progreso is overall a circus for tourists, so the bars and restaurants play loud music till night and again from 7 in the morning, so sleeping not so great." ~Pavel
