"Pros: It has everything. The room is spacious enough, there is a mini fridge, a microwave, a good shower with hot water. They have noise cancelling windows, which is very necessary! The location is great, it is 10 min on foot to go to the Cathedral and downtown. A fruit and vegetable market is also close by. Management is great and very helpful. They helped me book a tour to the Monarch butterflies! And they were always approachable! Cons: Not sure what people think when they give their accommodations these fancy names... They call their apartments DELUXE KING SUITE. Well, sorry to say, but it is neither! I arrived at my new apartment in a different city just now, well, THAT is a Deluxe apartment. Everything is new and modern! Price is not so different! Espacios Rayon unfortunately isn't, at least not the apartment I was in (No 2). There is nothing new or modern. I am not picky, but if you suggest something, I think you have to deliver and Espacios Rayon doesn't live up to their name! Apartment No 2 is also right at the corner, where the most traffic happens. So you either let some fresh air in or you can have it quiet, but you cannot have both! It seems they have "better" apartments elsewhere, but not sure whether you can book them through booking.com" ~Bernd

"Pros: This was a reasonably sized apartment not far from the main square - maybe 5 or 10 minutes. When we arrived I thought it was super basic and didn't match the photos on booking.com, however the owner arranged to have a sofa moved to the apartment, and a coffee maker. It was acceptable, and reasonably good value. Cons: When we arrived there was a table with two chairs in the living room - that was it. The owner very obligingly arranged to have a sofa delivered. The kitchen is also super basic - there's no way you could cook anything there. There wasn't even a way to make coffee, but the owner delivered a coffee maker. There's a small fridge, although it was set too low and on the first night all our stuff froze and had to be thrown out. We adjusted the setting and afterwards it was all right. The other guests or residents were at time very inconsiderate - on two different nights we had to yell out the window for two different people to stop playing music so loud, once at 3 am. There's no window facing outside so no way to get fresh air, and despite the fact that it's not that hot in Morelia the apartment was sometimes uncomfortably warm." ~Gordon
