"Pros: Location is great, walking distance to subway (1km), macroplaza (1.5km), parque fundidora (2.5km). easy access to the main highways by car, only 10 mins to supermarkets.
Security guards are very nice.
Cons: 1. Crazily annoying elevator ding-dong sound every couple of minutes.
2. No washer detergent. If rented for a day/two one would expect at least some detergent to run 1-2 laundry. none included.
3. Cheap wrong size (too small) toilet seats - they bend and bite your legs when you get up.
4. One bedroom doesn't have a window (well it technically does, but it goes to the hallway).
5. No hangers in closets, render them useless.
6. Internet interrupts every few mins. it's fast when it works.
7. old iron cooking pans. don't expect to cook anything there without it sticking or using a lot of oil."
