site. Inside they have a lobby where you check in. There was only one person and the system
Was down. So we couldn.’t check in at 2:40… we went to get lunch. When we tried again at 5 they had just had a blackout and systems were gone again. So they gave us a room. And said they would send the keys later. Never happened.
We had to go get them."
