"Pros: Very well equipped unit . Refrig, 2 burner hotplate, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee pot, pot & pans, dishes, silverware, and more. The shared washing machine is downstairs. Clotheslines in your private porch. Netflix was great! Managers are very nice & attentive! We did not have a car but parking is secure and free! Car is behind locked gates. Dogs in area bark, you will need earplugs." ~Marsea

"Pros: The beds were comfy and had enough pillows, and good reading lamps. The apartment was clean. Glad to have a gold filter for the coffee pot and not paper. Very nice to have a laundry line to hang clothes. We used the broom. The host was responsive to the hot water problem, so that was good.Good location with an easy walk to the malecon, and we felt safe there.Perhaps another ice tray. Cons: The keys were supposed to be in the lockbox outside but they weren't. And it turns out the lockbox code could be used on the pin pad outside. The labeling on the hot water switch was backwards and even so, the hot water heater wasn't working. The pump for the drinking water was powered by a USB plug in, but the cord was missing and it was low on power - we used one of our cords. The toilet leaked." ~Barbara

"Pros: The photos of the building entrance were especially helpful as the listed address didn't match exactly. Loved that drinking water was supplied and there was a shared washing machine on site. Fully equipped kitchen with salt, pepper and oil on hand. Great value, walking distance to the Malecon and bus station. Balcony over the street AND a deck space in the courtyard area. Lots of good restaurants and stores nearby. We didn't need AC as it was February, but nice that it is there for the hotter months. The small space heater was helpful in the cooler evenings. Cons: The bed was extremely firm and an extra blanket would have been nice." ~Barbara

"Pros: The location is excellent for walking around and taking our dog out aswell. It was private and had everything we needed. Cons: There was no living room for sitting and lounging. The linens seemed old but clean. Could have used extra linen and extra towels." ~Gisel
