"Pros: Room and staff were lovely
Cons: Jacuzzi didn't work, water pressure was dismal.. that was disappointing. We paid a lot more for a "lux" experience but it didn't feel lux so that was sad. Don't make guests pay more then expect us to park at the lesser expensive place and lug bags up a hill and not have the bath work properly! Freezing cold or boiling hot water in the shower made for an unhappy definitely un-luxury experience!"
