"Pros: We had been in the hotel a couple of times before when it was Camino Real. The gardens are the same, still fantastic, the buildings with the rooms still the same, but the ambiance was different: there were so many families, so many kids, it was impossible to use the pool, almost impossible to find a deck chair. Some areas were closed for work in progress. The food was not great especially the evening buffet. The Margaritas were terrible (and I have pictures of previous Margaritas, in the years before: nothing to compare). I know it is not important but a decent Margarita is what you expect in Mexico.
Our room was in the -1 floor, still we had light but it was humid the not a very nice sensation.
We understand the the new company just started about a month before so that probably there will be possibility of improvement.
The staff was very nice, young and kind and nothing really went wrong."
