"Pros: The location was excellent! Walking distance to Medano Beach, the Marina, many restaurants and a Cabo Brewery The host and cleaning staff were very friendly The roof top deck saved the vacation, we spent hours on the deck everyday. There was a mini fridge, a sink and barbecue on the deck. ( but no cooking utensils) Cons: I hate writing bad reviews but this accommodation was such a disappointment. It’s a bedroom with a bathroom, refrigerator, coffee pot and toaster oven. I have stayed in studio suites before but this is nothing more than a bedroom. It was advertised as a having a private pool but the pool was for the entire complex and the water was freezing so nobody used it. No view from the room, you couldn’t see outside. The room is tired, it could be a budget friendly room if the price reflected it. Beachside bliss without the bliss😔" ~Melinda
