Cons: In front of house builders is building a new apartament and they starting to work at 7 am.
Also in right beach side is forbidden to swim, left side was not so nice as right side (to sum it all Rewa's beach much better).
But it`s not an owner problem.
Owner (who let me in) can't talk in english."
