This villa comes with a furnished terrace, a living area with TV and a fully equipped kitchen with an indoor and outdoor dining area. There are 2 bathrooms. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a maid service is offered 3 times a week. Excessive consumption of electrictity my be dedeucted from the security deposit. Eur125/stay is already paid by yourselves but if all air conditioners are left on day and night we reserve the right to charge an additional fee, which will always be according to meter usage which is read at the beginning and end of the stay. Reasonable use is covered.
