Cons: toilet didn’t flush, wifi only worked on ground floor, so good when your on 3rd floor. roosters waking you up at 3am. stray dogs barking all night, very slippery surface when wet. i slipped an slightly hurt back! the bed was so uncomfortable, no hot water!"

"Pros: The property was immaculate clean and host kept in touch with us during our stay. The lounge - dinning area was well furnished (and the settees in particular were very comfortable). It is within a gated community with 24 Hr Security which makes for a more relaxed stay.
I have stayed in similar accommodation on numerous previous visits to Mauritius and due to the climate it is not unusually to find the odd insect (inc Cockroaches) inside a property. However this property was unique in that I did not see one Cockroach in our entire stay of 10days. Amazing. So if you have an big aversion to Insects (especially Cockroaches) this is the place for you!
Cons: The only thing that did not work well, was a problem with receiving a signal on the television, which despite repeated attempts by the owner to fix, remained unusable during our stay. The only real disappointment from this was I could therefore not watch the Euro 2024 soccer semi-finals live at the property :-("
