"Pros: Staff was great, location excellent ... easy walking distance to everything, onsite restaurant serving excellent Dim Sum for dinner. Great Price
Cons: Area right around the hotel shuts down early in the evening and it is very quiet and dark. Seems OK to walk to the restaurants within sight of the hotel, but if you are going any further or returning from the water front after dark ... best to take a taxi. Not saying it is not safe, but it is so quiet, so dark and so few people ... it is best to err on the side of caution." ~Eric
"Pros: The apartment had parking ont he fourth level we had a car and three motorbikes to park. The view was of the Race course and we had a small side balcony where we could see the sea. Being so high up we had very quiet nights. The location was great for Fort Adelaide and the racecourse and 10 minutes to the harbour front.
Cons: It was difficult to navigate to and we were in a convoy of a car and three motorbikes trying to work out where the parking was and navigating the one way system that its on. We found the reception who got a man to come and tell us how to get to the parking ramp which was extremely helpful. The other thing we thought by pulling our door it locked. We found out on the second day that we hadnt loceked the door at all. However its a very safe location with a locking corridor to get to the 6 aprtments on that wing." ~Helen
"Pros: The apartment is as pictured. It was very spacious with a bonus 1.5 bathrooms. Our host was kind enough to leave some necessary items such as coffee. The place was suitably clean and we were happy to be able to use the washing machine. The location regarding the proximity to the central market and Caudan waterfront was good as they were approximately a 10-15 minute walk. Our host was also very nice and responsive.
Cons: The only option for parking is on the street, partially in a rain gutter so we were always concerned about our rental car. Also, it is in a Muslim neighbourhood so there are no restaurants close by for dinner that serve alcohol." ~Carline
