"Pros: Very peaceful, quiet and cozy. Joubarbe is by the hill side & that makes the weather there just amazing. It was so cool & windy, totally loved it! Felt comfortable and @home. Rooms are as good as hotel rooms with a cute sit- out area. I particularly liked the shower area which is designed at a lower level with no spilling out and leakage of water into the other part of the bathroom. This is very convenient especially if you are somebody who doesn't like mess around in the bathroom. Often, even premium hotels &resorts fail to take care of such small but valuable details. 🚿 Also, this place is reasonably priced according to me & Nicole (the land lady) helped me with cab bookings at very reasonable pricing so I didn't have to worry about being swindled by taxi drivers. She also guided me for cruise and other bookings, it was really helpful as I was travelling solo & completely on my own. She was gracious enough to keep a check on me every evening. I thank her from my heart ❤️ Food was great too, just like home. Never forget to pay visits to the beautiful ducks just by the side of the fence🦆. "Pros: Stayed at the Joubarbe Residence while travelling for work. This was an ideal place for a short stay. Quiet, clean and very friendly with very helpful owner. Optional breakfast and dinner well worth the extra few euro. Late checkout was also very good value. Highly recommended." ~Simon
