"Pros: Beautiful property, so picturesque and you have quite literally everything you could need, abundance of amenities. Has swimming pool, sun lounger, even an outdoor shower, felt like a private resort. Very spacious and surprisingly comfortable bed! Washing machine was a lifesaver. Cons: Walk to and from the beach is not too bad at all but can get tiring especially if you’re carrying shopping. Streets get quite dark but Mauritius is very safe so not to worry about that!" ~Amairah

"Pros: The apartments are located in a quiet, peaceful and safe area, really quiet and peaceful, you can only hear the singing birds. Spacious kitchen, well-equipped, although the dishes and pots had probably not been used for a long time, because the cupboard did not smell fresh. Nice sea view from every floor. Great swimming pool with shower. Convenient gated parking lot. Very good wi-fi. As we were a group of 3 families, it's nice that the owner gave us a whole row of apartments next to each other :) The owner was very nice, helpful, involved and responsive. Residence Soleane is a great choice for a quiet holiday on your own in Mauritius. The car is recommended. Thank you very much, it was very nice and comfortable to live in this place during our vacation. Cons: Everything was great, but if I am to be scrupulous in my opinion, then: - it would be useful to be able to change towels during a 9-day stay. It would also be nice to have a larger supply of garbage bags and toilet paper - there was 1 piece of everything - the apartment manager, of course, gave us a few garbage bags upon our request, so no problem. - the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom on the top floor may be bothersome - the sofa downstairs - it could use a wash :) However, none of these things were important enough for us - there were no major problems, only minor things that could be improved, without any significance for our overall very good impression of our stay there:)" ~Anna
