"Pros: Amazing huge green territory. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing beach and huge pool. Nice buffet for both breakfast and dinner.
Cons: The room felt a bit tired.
At the breakfast I was surprised by the fact that you need to ask for assistance to get some fruits like watermelon and passion fruit, and you will receive it in small potions when you ask. A bit weird for a 5 star hotel."

Cons: You could hear the movement of dragging chairs above and in the rooms each side from early in the morning until late at night. Conversations arounds were clearly audible. Restaurant did not provide any water without payment. Room servicing was inconsistent, with glasses and coffee cups not replaced. Minibar not restocked with bathroom needing a thorough clean."
