"Pros: Conveniently located near the office towers of Ebene. Within walking distance from the Metro allowing for quick transfers to Port Louis. Well equipped studio covering all my needs during a long stay. Ample of parking space. Cons: Easy to connect to Netflix. However, the TV set was not tuned to show local channels, as well.
