Cons: Hello, Unfortunately the property is located in a "University , student studios \flats " buildings, even if some residents are no more students for a while ;) and the building was not meant to receive travelers who expect some quiet time and privacy. You can hear people speaking form the stairs or common parts like they are in your studio and this could be till midnight or later. Also, the property needs some fixing and a bit more cleaning... I sent some pictures and videos to him, to advise him about the situation. He was willing to consider the points. I believe he 'Lloyd take necessary action, where possible, to make it better for next travellers ;)." ~Edouard

"Pros: Didn’t see any indication of breakfast or anyone to tell me where the breakfast was served. Found a few food items in the cupboard so added them to what I bought. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and properly furnished except rooms needing mirrors. Facility was in very close proximity to Madiana where the Trade Show was held. Cons: Didn’t get anyone to welcome me to the facility and as a result we had challenges in first locating the apartment and then accessing keys to unlock but once we managed to understand the procedure everything else went well but I had to leave a day earlier for which I had prepaid due to the boat scheduling. Hopefully I can get an extra night already paid on my next trip to Martinique" ~Decima
