"Pros: The hosts were fantastic, one of the owners runs the local boulangerie so we daily bought fresh bread and pastries. The hosts were so warm welcoming and helpful, provided so much local knowledge, advice, and fresh towels when needed for a longer stay . The garden is beautiful and we went to sleep each night listening to the frogs singing. Each morning we were kept company by humming birds in our exterior space. The pool was always warm yet refreshing and secluded. There's space to park a large car. Inside we had air con to cool down and a fan above the bed to keep us cool. Fully stocked kitchen with appliances and a chromecast to entertain if desired. We reckon we found one of the hidden gems here in the north of the island. Walking distance to a beach (5 minutes by car) and some of the tastiest grilled chicken at a low price (what we couldn't eat we licked 😅). They provide foldable beach beds, shopping bags and cool bags with ice packs in the freezer, tap water is also drinkable, these people have gone above and beyond to service needs you didn't even know you had. Lastly there's the best local supermarket we've found in the entire island called Carribprice. It was perfect. Cons: The doors don't create a perfect seal so some nights are undisturbed but some will include a mosquito or two, but this is a necessary pain of a tropical country and was our only downside of an otherwise perfect stay." ~Fiachra
