"Pros: The best of this property is its host, Erik, who was most helpful (in my case about renting a car after I was scammed by the car flexi rental). You do need a car for this property and Martinique in general. The apartment is a formal garage one with its limitations in terms once you close the “garage door” you are out of view and natural light. Kitchen has everything needed, including dishwasher and a laundry machine. Food shop and bakery are near by (if with car). It is spacious enough and has privacy. Cons: Furniture is rather tired. Some unfortunate decoration choices, which is a pity, this place can be so much more attractive. The access path is badly maintained and makes you feel like you are vacationing in the servants quarters. A bit of better vegetation could improve the view on the wired fence." ~Stanicic
