"Pros: 1. The location 2. The view from the terrace 3. The open space of the main living area 4. Air conditioning Cons: 1. Cleanliness of the property. Spend the first two days of our vacation (a) vacuum cleaning, (b) passing all cutlery and crockery through the dishwasher and (c) wiping down surfaces to remove colonies of insects. It felt the property had not been occupied for some time before our arrival. 2. The steep and narrow staircase down to the basement level (never mentioned in the promotion of the property and was very difficult for folks with limited mobility) 3. Lack of ventilation fan in the main living area 4. Lack of TV in the main living area (despite a TV in basement) 5. Limited WiFi in the main living area, no WiFi on the terrace 6. Main living area became a cocoon when the windowless metal shutter onto terrace was closed (which had to be close regularly to keep insects out by night and birds out by day). Bi-folding glass doors would be much more appropriate. 7. Limited sized swimming pool which could be larger with an integrated jacuzzi system." ~Lindsay

"Pros: Super apartment, tranquil location, wonderful view, lots of humming birds! Very well equipped, very comfortable, high standard furniture. Excellent quiet aircon & reliable wifi. Fully equipped kitchen, lovely veranda. 2 mins to beach, village & essential supplies. Warm welcome and easy key transfers from ‘assistant’. We’d certainly come again 😁!" ~Christopher
