"Pros: The apartment got amazing views and a nice pool area. Apartment got all the facilities for a comfortable stay. It is a bit worn out but for the price it is a great value.
Cons: Don't be fooled by the nice pool and sun bed pictures.The bar and pool area are under another company and they prefer outside customers to guests staying there. Sun beds are not for free, there are only a few dirty mattresses laid on the floor without any umbrella or shade for guests. All other nice sun beds are paid ones and very expensive. 90 euros per day for a bed!! For private events they can close the pool as well without much notice."

"Pros: Almost flawless experience. Great apartments, fully equipped, a large terrace, excellent swimming pool with fantastic views, excellent location - the best beaches are located in the southern part of the island, decent restaurants nearby. And on top the most welcoming owners.
Cons: Things you should consider:
1. You get what you pay for: furniture, appliances, and kitchenaid are pretty simple, but do the job.
2. The smaller car you get the easier it's gonna be to park, it's pretty confined, although every apartment has a dedicated place. The inner parking is not suitable for novice drivers.
3. Buy repellent as a first thing on your way from the airport. We almost didn't experience any large bugs whatsoever, but everywhere across Martinique (and in this area in particular) there are tiny almost invisible mosquito-like bugs which you don't see, but they leave small visible itching pimples, and it could be many dozens of pimples in case of sensitive skin, so wear long sleeves and pants, or use repellent at all times, especially in the evenings and at breakfast time."
