"Pros: The instructions were clearly delivered ahead of arrival and again on the day of arrival, detailing how to enter the building and the apartment. This was great, as it made me feel secure. The location is excellent, just a minute's walk from beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea and just 5 minutes from the city centre of Valetta. Great that there was a SPAR local supermarket less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Super spacious apartment too, really modern and nice. There was also a really helpful FAQs and recommendations booklet in the hotel, which was a nice extra touch. The apartment also comes with pots, pans, plates and cutlery - everything you'd need to cook yourselves a lovely meal! Cons: The TV was unfortunately not working on arrival, and when we contacted them in the late afternoon, they were only able to send someone round for the following day; however, they were able to fix it. Unfortunately, it was not a smart TV so it felt like a bit of a loss not to be able to use the lovely living room as much for a movie night, etc. The lift also only fits 4 people and was rather cramped, so it's a shame to have to do multiple trips / walk many flights of stairs at times." ~Jennifer

"Pros: Excellent location, lovely building and the apartment - everything was very clean and property had all we needed - AC, wifi, hair dryer and ironing board (super important as we had a wedding to attend!). The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with when planning the trip and adjusting the booking - excellent services. Beautiful staircase and a lift for those that prefer to use it.
