"Pros: We liked that the room was big and the floor was ceramic tiles. That I consider a plus. Good AC also. We have enjoyed our breakfast. Cons: We stayed at the ninth floor, it was only one elevator going up and down, especially in the morning. Although the room was big, the fact that the shower room and the WC was divided through a wall was a big no. The intimacy level was low. It was supposed to be a deluxe room, we specifically asked for a queen bed, we got a double bed, with 2 mattresses. And there was no luxury:)) probably just the size of the room. The towels were old and the pool doesn't have a ladder to climb from inside, so you have to take advantage of your strength. I personally have a problem with my right hand and it was pretty unsafe for me to get out of the pool. And I couldn't find someone to lend me a towel, there is probably someone in the morning, but not in the night." ~Lavinia
