"Pros: Duplex apartment, Great views, 3 great outdoor spaces. Well-equipped kitchen. Good shower once we worked out how to turn on the hot water, there was a switch but the thermostat was also set on cold. Good air con. Cons: We couldn't access the check-in portal to get the door code, even at home the night before. We phoned on arrival and were given door codes but once we got in we had no internet access and couldn't get internet code without accessing the portal. We forgot the door codes as we expected all the info to be inside. This was very stressful and didn't get any further help even after texting for help. No drinking water on arrival which added to stress as very hot. Why not just email or text codes prior to arrival and have the wifi code inside, like airb&b? We were also given the address for the apartment next door which didn't help. Also no washing machine, which is listed." ~Shona
