"Pros: The spacious apartment is on the first and only floor without elevator. The location was perfect, a few minutes walk (downhill) from the coast and playgrounds, supermarkets, cafes. We always found a parking slot (for free) but it was February and we know how to fit a big car in small spaces, otherwise I would highly recommend to not hire a car and move around by bus or Bolt. The kitchen is very well furnished with big pots, pans, cutlery, cups, etc. There was also salt, oil, washing liquid and sponge. We appreciated that the two bathrooms had windows. We didn't meet the owners but they were very easy to contact through WhatsApp. On the first day hot water didn't work so they sent somebody the next morning and it was fixed. Cons: The inner courtyard cannot really be used, at least in February. It's next to the bedrooms and the cushions are always wet in the morning because of the dew. The sun shines a couple of hours in the morning, not really enough to dry clothes. Appliances are a bit old, taps do not have filters, the mosquito nets (which we didn't need) are broken in some spots. Although we could use the AC as heating, it heats just enough but it can be a bit cool in the living room since it's cold and the sun doesn't shine directly." ~Maria

"Pros: Superb accommodation! We loved our stay here, and parked our motorbikes on an adjacent street. The ladies running the house are lovely, and couldn't do enough for us. The best bit was drinking coffee on the roof terrace each morning! Very Comfortable bed and hot shower. Cons: Nothing not to like" ~Davidgarwood
