There was no information when booking that a deposit (250 euros) would be required. It was difficult to get the keys on the day of arrival. Check in time 16:00. After 16:00 I had to contact the owner several times to get instructions and keys... It's not nice to sit outside and not know if you will get the keys at all... And finally, the deposit... "Pros: The apartment was well equipped and an good location. Cons: Where do I start? The apartment stated that it had a pool in the description but they didn’t say that it was closed! I only booked this property because of the pool. This ruined our holiday. The owner added to the details saying that pool was seasonal after I complained. Booking.com say that I am not entitled to compensation even though the description of the apartment was against the Trade Description Act. Also when we arrived we were unable to access the building as the key box was broken. Someone was meant to meet us there but they didn’t. A friendly resident helped us the phone the owner and someone eventually arrived to let us in. Do not use this company they cheats and liars." ~Judith
