"Pros: The instructions were a little confusing, there is one key box which contains a key for the entry door to the whole apartment block, this door is locked at night. The apartment door lock has a number code which you receive from the host before arrival. That said it all worked out. We ere also able to get into the apartment about an hour early after contacting the Zzzing team. Cons: The apartment location is very good and a short walk to all attractions and amenities, shops bars cafes restaurants and ferry. What didn't I like, the apartment is in dire need of some love and attention, it is very tired. Numerous fixings are loose or broken, for example, soap holders in the bathrooms are wonky and loose, the door handle on the lower bathroom falls of every time you close the door, the sofa is worn and scruffy, the dining chairs are in a pitiful state with the white vinyl perished and split, you wouldn't want to sit on them. The floor to ceiling windows need a very good clean. The hot water tank supplies barely enough hot water for two consecutive showers. This is not a two bedroom apartment, the main bedroom is on the mezzanine floor and is comfortable and spacious. The "second" bed room is a single bed screened off by a curtain from the lounge area, in my view this shouldn't be advertised a 2 bedroom apartment. The things I have listed could be remedied very easily and not at a great cost. I have read previous reviews listing similar and it would appear the apartment has been like this for some time. We only used the kettle and coffee machine didn't cook or prep food. The TV didn't appear to have any channels tuned. Good fridge freezer." ~Andrew

"Pros: Location good. We got our own breakfast Cons: Shower upstairs didn't work. And the staircase was not very safe. Also no kitchen towels or teatowels. Could have been better kitted out." ~Sheila

"Pros: Excellent location, Wonderful view, Very spacious apartment Easily accessible by bus from the airport Cons: Apartment was very dirty, floor was covered with white dust, we came with kids so we could see this dirt on their socks and clothes. There is a vacuum cleaner and mop available so perhaps it is expected of guests to clean on their own upon arrival? ;) Bed sheets and towels were luckily very clean" ~Gosia
