"Cons: The apartment is nice, but within one year of staying in the same apartment, it shows how it's getting worn out and there is little to no maintenance, like drawers just falling off, and mold in the bathroom, etc. Its not much work but its make all the difference how this aprtment will look in another year or two..." ~Vid

"Pros: The location was very good for Bus Transport, Promenade Walks, Benches for Seating to admire the view, close to Beaches, Church Service, Restaurants, Shops, Supermarket close by, Children Playground. Cons: I was not able to use the clothes dry air in the laundry. When technician came, he found that the water tank was too full so it would not work. Needed emptying out. I was not able to operate the washing machine. Technician was very helpful, even left Video of how to operate the various cycles. Had difficulty to operate Television. Technician was very helpful with instructions. I was satisfied with the prompt and friendly service I received for the above items." ~Lucy
