"Pros: Check in was very easy and well explained. The area was excellent and close by to every thing we need. The flat itself was well equipped with all the necessary things Cons: I booked the flat for myself and my 4 kids (16, 14, 13 and 8 years old). Unfortunately, the flat wasn't big enough and we struggled to sleep in one double bed and one sofa bed. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. I had to buy a mattress myself. I contacted the WhatsApp number on the booking on day one to explain this issue, but I got no reply despite trying to message and call few times. The only reply I got was after we checked out on day 9, and the reply stated 'sorry for the inconvenience'. It would have been nicer if we had a better communications. The other thing I wasn't happy about, was the air conditioning. Both of air conditions were performing very poorly and didn't work good enough in the very hot weather over there. The wardrobe in the bed room had a sliding door which was jammed As I mentioned earlier, all those issues could have been sorted if we had a better communication with the managing team" ~Amro

"Pros: Convenient location, decently sized accommodation. Straightforward check-in instructions. Fully ACd, has a balcony, fully equiped - from kitchen amenities to bath towels. Profesionally cleaned before arrival. Cons: The apartment doors could be soundproofed a bit - if you have noisy neighbours, it can be uncomfortable. Also water pressure is quite low. But I guess this is more of a general problem of accommodation in Malta." ~Matas
