"Pros: The apartment was very spacious and had lots of room. The apartment seems recently renovated and updated. The wifi was great. Bathrooms were good, although bathroom one dosen't really function as a shower. The location was really quite nice, close to a grocery store. Good communication during an unexpected blackout. Cons: This listing said a total of 6 beds. There were only 5. That worked for us but needs to be fixed in the listing. The communication was good but too much. I didn't need checkout instructions on the initial welcome message. Plus the checkout instructions sent later didn't match the first message. The garbage take out time of earlier than 7 AM the day of or earlier needs to be more prominent in the apt. There are a lot of reminders about being quiet. We honored those rules but apparently not everyone got the message. We were woken up in the middle of our last night to what sounded like a rock being smashed against another rock. This went on for at least 30 mins. Not always easy to find parking nearby the apt." ~Culletto00

"Pros: It is almost brand new flat, spacious modern, with all the amenities. It is situated in a safe and quite neiborhood. Nice double bed with comfortable mattress and a double sofa. The kitchen was amazing with all the necessary equipment despite the fact that I did not use them. There were coffee, sugar, milk, 2 bottles of water in the fridge for the morning. It was 10 min walk from the bus stop and 3 stops from Valletta terminal. Cons: There were not any person to interact and you could communicate with an agency abroad only through email. They answer you sending a site with instructions (which I couldn't open) or a link after many efforts. If you don't have internet-data in your mobile or computer knowledge you may address difficulties and feel uncomfortable before reach and find the way to enter the appartment. I called a telephone number written in their instructions in order to ask questions before but nobody answered. The TV never worked during my stay in Pieta. Moreover you need to deposit for safety an extra amount of 250 euro before they send you instructions. So you feel anxious until receiving your money back since you don't see anyone during your stay." ~Theodoros
