"Zalety: - mieszkanie bardzo duże i przestronne, byliśmy 10 osobową grupą znajomych i każdy miał przestrzeń dla siebie - dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, na stanie znajdował się piekarnik, kuchenka mikrofalowa, toster - mieszkanie wyposażone w pralkę i suszarkę bębnową Wady: - po przyjeździe zastaliśmy na łóżkach brudne, poplamione poduszki, do których brakowało poszewek. Po kontakcie z właścicielem poszewki zostały nam dostarczone, ale nie zmienia to nieprzyjemnego pierwszego wrażenia - okno w salonie było uszkodzone i nie dało się go szczelnie zamknąć, a krata na zewnątrz była oderwana od budynku. - w sypialniach na dolnym piętrze na ścianach znajdowała się pleśń - pod prysznicem znajdowała się pleśń - farba na ścianach i suficie odpadała - jedno z gniazdek było wyrwane ze ściany - schody wewnątrz mieszkania były uszkodzone - zawiasy szafek oraz szafy w jednej z sypialni były zniszczone - przez cały okres naszego pobytu na klatce schodowej (głównej, dla całego budynku) zalegały śmieci. - wraz z instrukcjami o zameldowaniu dostaliśmy od razu listę za co jakie kary nam grożą: palenie w budynku, zgubienie klucz, wyjście z domu i pozostawienie włączonego światła/klimatyzacji" ~Klaudia

"Pros: It is almost brand new flat, spacious modern, with all the amenities. It is situated in a safe and quite neiborhood. Nice double bed with comfortable mattress and a double sofa. The kitchen was amazing with all the necessary equipment despite the fact that I did not use them. There were coffee, sugar, milk, 2 bottles of water in the fridge for the morning. It was 10 min walk from the bus stop and 3 stops from Valletta terminal. Cons: There were not any person to interact and you could communicate with an agency abroad only through email. They answer you sending a site with instructions (which I couldn't open) or a link after many efforts. If you don't have internet-data in your mobile or computer knowledge you may address difficulties and feel uncomfortable before reach and find the way to enter the appartment. I called a telephone number written in their instructions in order to ask questions before but nobody answered. The TV never worked during my stay in Pieta. Moreover you need to deposit for safety an extra amount of 250 euro before they send you instructions. So you feel anxious until receiving your money back since you don't see anyone during your stay." ~Theodoros
