"Pros: It is almost brand new flat, spacious modern, with all the amenities. It is situated in a safe and quite neiborhood. Nice double bed with comfortable mattress and a double sofa. The kitchen was amazing with all the necessary equipment despite the fact that I did not use them. There were coffee, sugar, milk, 2 bottles of water in the fridge for the morning. It was 10 min walk from the bus stop and 3 stops from Valletta terminal.
Cons: There were not any person to interact and you could communicate with an agency abroad only through email. They answer you sending a site with instructions (which I couldn't open) or a link after many efforts. If you don't have internet-data in your mobile or computer knowledge you may address difficulties and feel uncomfortable before reach and find the way to enter the appartment. I called a telephone number written in their instructions in order to ask questions before but nobody answered.
The TV never worked during my stay in Pieta. Moreover you need to deposit for safety an extra amount of 250 euro before they send you instructions. So you feel anxious until receiving your money back since you don't see anyone during your stay."

"Pros: The two bedrooms far from each other.
Cons: Soft bed Mattress. We prefer hard. But the bed was hotel style, complete. Very nice."

"Pros: It was a truly unique experience living in a Maltese house. I was very surprised by the friendliness of the service staff and also by the cleanliness of the place. Our room had a small bathroom and a quite large balcony with a table and two chairs. We spent a very nice time there. The kitchen was fully equipped.
Cons: The walls of the place are not soundproof, you can easily hear other people through the walls or doors.
Also, it is quite uncertain what things can be used in the kitchen, as each drawer had similar things inside, but nothing was written on it.
It would be better if someone could segregate the items in the drawers and put everything together, as it is not good that detergents are together with food products in the same drawer."
