"Pros: Location is close to everything - night clubs especially - so I do recommend it only if you plan to party every night. It is right on top of a night club. Nearby stores work until late. Beach is close enough - can be reached by walking. Beach itself is a bit crowded and not the cleanest possible but it is still good. Apartment is large and can easily fit 4 people - there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single bed each. Each bedroom has blackout curtains - which, if you are a party person, can help sleep during the day. Apartment is easily accessible - you are provided instructions for self check-in. Cons: Instead of the advertised queen bed and 2 single beds, it instead features 4 single beds. While you can physically put 2 single beds together, it is still not a queen bed. Toaster didn't work. Living room/kitchen area does not have an A/C, only a fan. But the fan was shaking a lot even at the lowest setting and we thought it is safer to switch it off - it didn't appear safe to use. The sink in one of the bathrooms didn't work at all (water was barely dripping from the faucet). For these three issues we contacted the property and they said they may replace the toaster and fan, but they didn't. Apartment is extremely noisy at night because it is right on top of a night club - and not only you can hear the music, but you can also feel the vibrations from the club - even the cutlery in the drawers were trembling from the vibrations. Definitely unsuitable for kids - I believe it should be advertised for adults only and not allow children at all. One of the days water stopped entirely in one of the bathrooms around 1pm. We contacted the property but they didn't respond very quickly. 3 hours later water stopped in the second bathroom and the only running water was from the kitchen sink. Multiple messages went back and forth with the property until finally, after 11pm (around 10 hours after the initial problem) they sent someone to check and restart the pumps (which weren't in the apartment or at least I didn't see them). After a short while the shower and toilet in the bathroom with the not working sink were usable and about noon the next day the other bathroom also became functioning. (so it took a whole day for it to be fixed). They said they would send someone to fix the sink the next day but we left before that (we stayed 2 nights out of 4) so I don't know if they fixed it. Elevator and staircase lights didn't work for most of our stay there. Shower stalls are tiny and some of the side panels are broken." ~Maria

"Pros: The hotel is truly in the center and very close to all the stops. You can reach the beach in just 4 minutes, and the swimming spots are very near. There’s a market and restaurants just downstairs. The staff is incredibly sweet — I especially want to thank Evelyne, who was extremely helpful in every matter. I definitely recommend booking a room with a balcony. The ones without a balcony face the inner part of the building, and drying your clothes can be very difficult. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, and the breakfast is truly amazing — one of the best I’ve ever seen. Cons: St. Julian’s is generally a place with lots of bars and it gets quite busy. This is not something the hotel can control, but the bars play loud music non-stop until morning. You can hear everything in the hotel, so if you can’t sleep with noise, you might struggle. But as I said, this is not something the hotel can really change. Also, there were no slippers provided in the room, which made it a bit less comfortable." ~Temiz

Cons: ... but you should definitely be either a good sleeper or a partyfreak, who won´t come home before 4am (at weekend at least), as a club is located right in the building and another one on the opposite side of the street it is extraordinarily loud." ~Dieter
