"Pros: We really enjoyed our weekend at Splendid Seaside Retreat . Fantastic views over the bay and would definitely want to stay there again. Everything we needed was at the apartment. Perfectly positioned. Cant believe we were so close to the busy centre of StJulians but yet couldn’t hear anything from the centre and also had no problems with parking over the 3 nights found a parking space every time!! "Pros: Great south facing location , close to bars restaurants and nightlife . Great communication from host . Cons: The apartment was very nice , two large bedrooms , though just one bathroom. Second floor with stairs or a lift . Need to take adapters for using the small appliances like kettle, toaster and coffee machine as there are Uk sockets but appliances have two pin plugs ! Supplied adapters didn’t work . Some little jobs to make it a top apartment. Be aware , there is active building site facing the bedrooms and they start early with drilling etc. So, expect early wake up. Not a problem for us once up as we were out all day ." ~Ivan
