"Pros: The organiser host was very responsive to queries via messages. Parking my car was never a problem, a bonus in crowded Malta. This place is a bit out of the way from any village centre, shops, restaurants and even the bus connections are a bit awkward. There is a small local convenience shop for small items within 5 min walk which is good for 'emergencies', but it not convenient for bigger shopping, if you are staying for a week or longer. The bus stop on the main road is within a few minutes walk. Still, I would suggest you have your own transport, car or motorcycle. St.Paul’s Bay / Bugibba is the nearest small town, 1/2h on foot. The flat is fairly well equipped, incl washing machine and big fridge/freezer. Internet is good. This is my second stay and I will certainly come again, as long as the price stays competitive.
Cons: If you plan to stay for only a day or two, and arrive and leave by Bolt taxi, it is a practical and convenient accommodation. But for my longer stay, say a week, a car will be useful. Two suggestions for improvement ... add thicker curtains to the bed rooms and the bathroom and shower room would benefit from some improvements." ~Maximilian
