The place is big enough to have a workout and the AC in combination with the humidity fan makes a great combo even in a heat wave(you do not feel the temperatures outside at all while resting). The owner was super helpful and nice. Cons: The mattress was old and hard to sleep on....no really hard. "Zalety: Mili i dyskretni gospodarze, szybko reagujący na zgłaszane problemy. Czystość. Dobre wyposażenie kuchni i łazienki. Spokojna okolica, blisko morza (300 m) i przystanku autobusowego Ashby (100 m). Wady: Niedostosowanie układu apartamentu do pobytu grupy przyjaciół lub dwóch par. Sypialnia na piętrze jest jednocześnie kuchnią i pokojem dziennym z TV i balkonem oraz bezpośrednim dostępem do łazienki a sypialnia na parterze to właściwie przechodni dość ciemny pokój z wyjściem bezpośrednio na ulicę, bez szafy i żadnych udogodnień poza biurkiem. Mieszkańcy parteru są poszkodowani względem mieszkańców piętra. Dlatego obiekt jest bardziej odpowiedni dla rodziny z dziećmi." ~Kiesiak
