"Pros: Apartment was spacious with a nice kitchen and clean. Kitchen had a good range of equipment, with spare towels. Cons: Location given on Google maps 35°51'56.9"N 14°33'56.2"E, actual location 35°51'57.4"N 14°33'54.0"E (400 metres walking per Google Maps). We could not find the entrance in the dark. Efforts with our taxi man speaking with 360 Estate staff were fruitless for at least 20 minutes. Taxi man commented that they were very unhelpful. I had to recompense the taximan for his really needed help. We could not have found the property without him. Only one key was available.. in the lock box, when two were expected. This later led to feelings of insecurity... who actually has that other key? This is not a good feeling. Pool was not open, even though we bought access to it... misleading sale! Queries to management were ignored and dismissed, until thankfully Booking.com saved the day. The pool never opened, this was our main reason for selecting this property. Ta Monita continue to deceive with their closed pool on Booking.com, unless they are planning on re-opening the pool. Ale oprócz tego apartament był świetnie wyposażony i wygodny - duża lodówka, dobrze działające wifi, klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju, wszystkie sprzęty wymienione w opisie były na miejscu. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - zaledwie parę minut od morza. Co prawda do piaszczystej plaży trzeba było dojeżdżać autobusem (zaledwie kilka przystanków), ale obok nas też można było się pokąpać. Podłoże kamieniste, ale bez jeżowców, więc super. W pobliżu dużo super restauracji i świetny market azjatycki, w którym można było kupić mnóstwo rzeczy. Generalnie, gdyby nie sytuacja z basenem, wszystko byłoby super. Wady: (English version below) Na miejscu okazało się, że basen NIE byl w cenie. Pani, która nim zarządzała, powiedziała, że kosztuje 10 euro od osoby na dzień. Była nas szóstka, wiec gdybyśmy się zdecydowali, zapłacilibyśmy 420 euro za cały tydzień. Nie zdecydowaliśmy się. Uważam, że cennik basenu powinien być wrzucony jako zdjęcie na stronę apartamentu, by ludzie wiedzieli, co ich czeka po przyjeździe. W innym wypadku zamieszczanie zdjęć tego basenu i pisanie, że jest do dyspozycji to nieuczciwa reklama. The pool was NOT included. When we arrived we found out that if we wanted to use a pool, we would have to pay 10 euros per person per day. That would be 420 for all of us (six people) per week. We decided not to use it, then. The table with prices for the pool should be posted on the apartament's page, so people would know about it.
